Hereby insolvency administrator Ivars Meļķis of AS „Tosmares kuģubūvētava”, hereinafter referred to as the Company, declares that considering conditions where the current economic activity of the Company and its financial situation does not meet the criteria of a commercial company whose shares are listed with the Nasdaq Riga AS, hereinafter referred to as the Exchange, and in compliance with the provisions of respective rules of the Exchange it is entitled to take a decision on delisting of financial instruments of the issuer from the Exchange in case the issuer or the financial instruments issued by it do not conform to the requirements specified in the rules of the Exchange, the Management Board of the Exchange on October 11^th, 2018 decided to delist the Company’s shares (ISIN LV0000101095, ticker TKB1R) from the Baltic Secondary List, providing that the last listing day for Company’s shares is set to October 17^th, 2018.
