On May 16, 2019, the Enterprise Register of the Republic of Latvia registered changes in the council of ExpressCredit based on the shareholder decision made on April 29, 2019.  

The shareholders of ExpressCredit decided to appoint Anete Zīlīte as the member of council in order to strengthen the audit committee function as stipulated in the Financial Instrument Market Law Section 1, Clause 31. As part of her duties the new council member will supervise the board regarding internal and external audit. 

Anetei Zīlīte is experienced in both financial management and audit. Since January 2019, A. Zīlīte acts as a CFO in real estate development industry, but previously she was Accounting and Tax Manager in the telecommunication sector. New council member has more than four years of experience in audit gained at “Ernst & Young Baltic” while managing more than 25 audit projects in a vast range of industries: production, services, wholesale, retail, and public sector. A. Zīlīte holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies and is a candidate for ACCA certificate.

The new composition of the council is as follows:
Uldis Judinskis – the Chairman of the Council (former Deputy Chairman of the Council),
Ramona Miglāne – Deputy Chairman of the Council (former Member of the Council),
Anete Zīlīte – Member of the Council.
