The shares of SIA AgroCredit Latvia was transfered from AgroCredit Estonia OU to SIA AgroCredit Finance. The change of the shareholder is formal as the beneficial owners remain the same. The deal was made to optimize the inner structure of the group. The shareholders of SIA AgroCredit Finance are Ģirts Vinters and Jānis Kārkliņš (50% each) and it operates as a holding company.
