Correction about the work experience of the new Board member

Ilvars Sirmais resigns as JSC Moda kapitals Member of The Board.

JSC Moda kapitals has appointed Edgars Bilinskis as member of the Board for a term of office - three years  . Guntars Zvinis, Member of the Board, will continue his work in the Board.

During the last 3 years Edgars Bilinskis was the CEO of a subsidiary of "Finstar group" developing a pawn shop chain in Moscow, Russia providing to its customers such products as pawn loans, payday loans and car financing.
