On August 10, 2023, IPAS "Indexo" has received initial notifications about transactions with IPAS "Indexo" shares from the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities of IPAS "Indexo" - Artūrs Roze, Atis Rektiņš and Ieva Bauma.

On August 11, 2023, IPAS "Indexo" has received the initial notification regarding the transaction with IPAS "Indexo" shares from Līga Katrīna Kļaviņa, that is the person discharging managerial responsibilities of IPAS "Indexo".

On August 14, 2023, IPAS "Indexo" has received from Artūrs Roze, Ieva Bauma and Līga Katrīna Kļaviņa corrections to the initial notifications of August 10 and August 11, 2023, regarding transactions with shares of the IPAS "Indexo":

• Artūrs Roze has made correction to the initial notification sent on August 10, 2023, by changing the transaction price;
• Ieva Bauma have made corrections to the initial notifications sent on August 10, 2023, by changing the place of the transaction;
• Līga Katrīna Kļaviņa has made correction to initial notification sent on 11 August 2023 by changing the place of the transaction. 

On August 15, 2023, IPAS “Indexo” has received from Atis Rektiņš correction to the initial notification of August 10, 2023, regarding transactions with shares of the IPAS "Indexo", changing the place of the transaction.

On July 11, 2023, IPAS "Indexo" has received a notification about the transaction with IPAS "Indexo" shares from Robert Bušs, that is person discharging managerial responsibilities with IPAS "Indexo".

On July 17, 2023, IPAS "Indexo" has received from Robert Bušs the correction to the initial notification of July 11, 2023, changing the transaction price.

IPAS “Indexo” has already published notifications of Roberts Bušs from July 11 and July 17, 2023.

On August 14, 2023, IPAS "Indexo" has received from Robert Bušs the second correction to the notification from July 11, 2023, changing the transaction place. Mentioned correction from August 14, 2023, is attached to the present announcement.

Both the initial notifications and amended notifications are attached to the present announcement.

The buyer is deemed an insider under EU legal acts and local securities law.
