IPAS “Indexo” (hereinafter – INDEXO or Company) hereby informs that in accordance with the resolutions adopted by the Management Board and the Supervisory Board on 31^st of August 2023, resulting from the resolutions and authorizations given at the General Shareholders' Meeting on 24^th of March 2022 and at the General Shareholders' Meeting on 30^st of March 2023, the increase of INDEXO's share capital and the issue of shares were approved on the 08^th of September 2023 by the Register of Companies of the Republic of Latvia.

With the execution of conversion of employee share options, the Management Board of the INDEXO decided on 31^st of August 2023 to increase the share capital of the Company by EUR 210 000 (two hundred and ten thousand euros), by issuing new 210 000 (two hundred and ten thousand) dematerialized shares with a nominal value of EUR 1.00 (one euro) per share. On September 8, 2023, the Commercial Register registered the increase of INDEXO's share capital.

The newly issued shares are distributed to the employee share option plan participants in proportion to the number of share options held by them in accordance with the Company's INDEXO Staff Options Programme 2022. After the increase of the share capital, the total share capital of the Company comprises EUR 3 795 407 (three million seven hundred and ninety-five thousand and four hundred and seven euros).
