On 19^th of September 2023, IPAS "Indexo" has received two notifications about transactions with IPAS "Indexo" shares from person discharging managerial responsibilities and person closely associated with it.

On 19^th September 2023, Valdis Siksnis, Chairman of the Board of IPAS "Indexo, has transferred (de-registered) shares of IPAS "Indexo" from the Initial Register in the Central Depository of Latvia to its securities account. V. Siksnis has acquired the mentioned shares as a result of the IPAS "Indexo" share option realization. In accordance with the option agreement and the INDEXO Staff Option Program 2022, V. Siksnis will be able to act with the shares transferred on 19^th September 2023 only within 4 months after the publication of the financial statement of IPAS "Indexo" for the year 2026, if the conditions stated in the option agreement and option program are fulfilled.

On 19^th September 2023, limited liability company “VSCAP” has disposed IPAS "Indexo" shares.

Considering that V. Siksnis is the sole owner of the limited liability company "VSCAP", as a result of the two above-mentioned transactions, the total amount of direct and indirect participation of V. Siksnis in IPAS "Indexo" will increase from 6.42% to 8.04%.
