BluOr Bank AS successfully issued 4,960 notes with a total value of 4,960,000 EUR and a nominal value of 1,000 EUR each as part of its tranche No1 of BluOr Bank additional tier 1 temporary write-down notes 2023 (ISIN code: LV0000802775). There is no specified maturity date for the notes.

Thirteen investors have subscribed to the first-tier additional capital write-down notes totalling 4,960,000 EUR with an annual yield of 13%.
