On 11th of March 2024, IPAS "Indexo" has received notifications about the transactions with IPAS "Indexo" shares from persons discharging managerial responsibilities. 

On 11th of March 2024 Tīna Kukka, member of the board of the INDEXO Group’s company, and Vladimirs Bolbats, member of the board of the INDEXO Group’s company, have transferred (de-registered) shares of IPAS "Indexo" from the Initial Register in the Central Depository of Latvia to their securities accounts. T. Kukka and V. Bolbats have acquired the mentioned shares as a result of the IPAS "Indexo" share option realization. In accordance with the option agreement and the INDEXO Staff Option Program 2022, T. Kukka and V. Bolbats will be able to act with the shares transferred on 11th of March 2024 only within four months after the publication of the financial statement of IPAS "Indexo" for the year 2026, if the conditions stated in the option agreement and option program are fulfilled.
