Addendum to decisions taken at extraordinary                   meeting of shareholders of VEF Radiotehnika RRR.

1.    Janis Salenieks has been elected Chairman of the Council of  VEF Radiotehnika RRR.

2.    Jurijs Malejevs has been elected deputy Chairman of the Council of  VEF Radiotehnika RRR.

3.    Mr.Vjačeslavs Mihailovins owns 695 shares of VEF Radiotehnika RRR.

4.    Mr.Jurijs Malejevs owns 419238 shares of VEF Radiotehnika RRR.

5.    Ms.Inga Sprūga owns 93709 shares of VEF Radiotehnika RRR.

Chairman of the Board informs the shareholders on new cooperation contracts with counterparts in Russia, which will provide a stable growth of turnover.

Projects through the EU Structural Funds are being prepared

for new products as well as the direct visits in search for new international cooperation partners.
