Preliminary figures show Olainfarm’s sales to Russia
increased by 32.3% in 2009
Sales of Olainfarm to Russia in 2009 have increased by
32.3% compared to 2008, Valerijs Maligins, Chairman of company’s
Board informed. In 2009 Olainfarm sales to Russia were 7.3 million
lats (10.4 million euros).
“Last year Olainfarm exported 87% of its sales.
Russia is our major export market, and about 42% of sales
were made there for a total value of about 10 million lats. Yet in
2003 we only sold 2.2 million there, “ Maligins adds.
We hereby remind you that full unaudited financial
report for 2009 will be published in last week of
February.
